Terms and Conditions

The following terms, conditions, and guest liability apply to all accommodation and services provided by Africa Paradise Boutique Hotel.

 

Liability

The management, employees, or representatives of Africa Paradise Boutique Hotel shall not be held liable or responsible for any injury, loss, damage, or accident suffered by guests and/or their visitors, whether to persons or property, regardless of the circumstances or cause thereof. This includes, but is not limited to, negligence on the part of the hotel or any other cause whatsoever while on the premises.

Guests are advised to take care of their personal valuables. The liability of Africa Paradise Boutique Hotel is limited in accordance with the common law principles applicable to hoteliers.

 

Vehicles

Africa Paradise Boutique Hotel accepts no responsibility for loss, damage, theft, or injury to vehicles, their contents, or any persons arising from fire, theft, or any other cause while on the premises.

Washing of vehicles on the premises is strictly prohibited.

Guests undertake to ensure that any person accompanying them accepts and abides by these terms and conditions. Guests indemnify the hotel, jointly and severally where applicable, against any claim brought by any accompanying person, including minors or disabled persons, arising from injury, loss, or damage of any nature whatsoever while on the premises.

 

General Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the liability of Africa Paradise Boutique Hotel for any defect, failure, or deficiency in services rendered shall be limited to a replacement of the service or a refund, at the hotel’s discretion, of the value of the service provided.

All complaints must be lodged within two days of the service being rendered. No claims for consequential or indirect damages will be entertained.

Liability excludes damage or loss arising from fair wear and tear, guest misuse or abuse, acts of God, or any circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the hotel.

 

Water and Electricity Shortages

Management shall not be held liable for any inconvenience, loss, or damage resulting from water or electricity shortages.

 

Settlement of Bills (Payment in Advance)

All bills must be settled upon presentation. 

With regard to room accommodation:

  • Full payment is required prior to room allocation or occupation

  • For extended stays, payment must be made in advance by no later than 11:00

 

Default of Payment

In the event of default in payment, management reserves the right to exercise a lien over the guest’s luggage and belongings. Such property may be detained, sold, or auctioned without prior notice, and the proceeds applied to outstanding amounts owed.

 

Personal Obligation

Guests remain personally liable for all accommodation and service charges incurred at Africa Paradise Boutique Hotel, regardless of whether payment is expected from a third party, company, or association.

Guests agree to abide by all hotel rules and regulations, which are deemed to have been read, understood, and accepted.

 

Departure

Check-out time is 11:00.
Late check-out up to 18:00 may be arranged subject to availability and will incur a half-day room charge. After 18:00, the full room rate applies.

Upon departure, rooms and all fixtures must be left in good working condition.

 

Right of Admission

Management reserves the right of admission to the premises. Visitors who are not registered guests are not permitted in guest rooms. Guests may meet visitors only in designated public areas.
Guest visitors need to pay R 290 per person day visit fee or R390 day visit fee with lunch or dinner. The visitors need to leve the premises no later then 21:00

Management reserves the right to amend rules and regulations without prior notice.

 

Access to Rooms

Management and authorised employees may enter guest rooms in the ordinary course of duty for inspection, maintenance, repairs, or other operational requirements.

 

Extra Guests

Any additional guest must be registered at reception and full payment made prior to occupying the room.

 

Privacy of Contract

The accommodation contract exists solely between the guest (and/or their agent) and Africa Paradise Boutique Hotel. Rights and obligations arising from this contract are not transferable to third parties.

 

Room Keys

All room keys must be returned to reception upon check-out.

 

Conservation

Guests are requested to conserve electricity and water wherever possible.

 

Regulations and Conduct

Guests are required to comply with all regulations issued by management, including those relating to noise control, public areas, and entrances and exits. Guests must respect other guests and staff at all times.

 

Damage to Property

Guests will be held liable for any loss or damage to hotel property caused by themselves, their companions, or visitors.

 

Weight Restrictions

Guests may not place any item on the premises that exerts pressure exceeding 500 pounds per square foot.

 

Food, Cooking and Drinks

Food and Non alcoholic beverages are avaibale from our restaurant.
Cooking is strictly prohibited in guest rooms. 
Mr Delivery or Uber Eats its not allowed.
Snacks and own drinks are permited.

 

Pets

No pets are allowed on the premises unless prior approval has been granted by management.

 

Firearms

Firearms are not permitted on the premises unless prior approval has been granted by management.

 

Amendment of Rules

Management reserves the right to add to, alter, or amend these terms, conditions, and rules at any time.

 

Force Majeure

Africa Paradise Boutique Hotel shall not be held liable for failure to perform any obligation due to circumstances beyond its control.

 

Pricing

All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

 

AFRICA PARADISE BOUTIQUE HOTEL

Cancellation Policy

Room reservations and celebrations are guaranteed only upon full payment or written confirmation by Africa Paradise Boutique Hotel.

  • In the event of no-show or premature departure, 100% of the total accommodation and any additional services will be charged.

Cancellation fees are calculated based on the arrival date and full payment received:

  • Within 1 month prior to arrival: 100% charge

  • Within 2 months prior to arrival: 75% charge

  • Within 3 months prior to arrival: 50% charge

  • Within 4 months prior to arrival: 25% charge

  • More than 4 months prior to arrival: 10% administration fee

Accommodation or celebrtion fees paid within one month of arrival are non-refundable but transferable to another available date.

No refunds will be issued to guests who have already checked in and are staying at the hotel.

 

Africa Paradise Rules and Regulations

All guests are required to comply with the current rules and regulations of Africa Paradise Boutique Hotel at all times.
