Room reservations are only guaranteed on full payment or if otherwise - confirmed in writing by Africa Paradise Guest Lodge.
· For non-arrival or premature departure 100% of the total accommodation including of any extra's fee is payable.
· Cancellation cost is calculated from the day prior to arrival date and is based on full payment:
- Within 1 Month 100% of payment will be taken by the hotel
- Within 2 Months 75% of payment will be taken by the hotel
- Within 3 Months 50% of payment will be taken by the hotel
- Within 4 Months 25% of payment will be taken by the hotel
- After 4 Months 10% admin charge will be taken by the hotel
- Accommodation fee paid is not refundable from 1 Month to arrival.
(Please note no refund to clients already having paid and staying in the lodge.)
All guests are expected to abide by the current Africa Paradise Airport Lodge rules and regulations.
